Terms & Conditions for Distributors and Clients
PURE NIRVANA
These Terms & Conditions govern the business relationship between PURE NIRVANA (“Company”) and its Distributors/Clients. By placing an order, the Distributor/Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity shall be 100 boxes per order.
Advance / Deposit for Sticker Customization
At the time of finalizing the order/design, the client or distributor must pay a sticker printing advance of ₹5,000 for 3,000 custom stickers, including ₹2,000 for Plate or Cylinder cost (one-time).
- This amount will be adjusted in the billing at the rate of ₹1.5 per 1 liter bottle.
- The number of bottles ordered will be matched with the sticker quantity, and the cost will be deducted accordingly.
- Once the initial 2,000 stickers are exhausted, the PURE NIRVANA team will inform the client or distributor in advance to submit the next sticker advance payment to avoid delays.
Payment Terms
a) Order Payment:
- 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- Remaining 50% payment must be made prior to delivery.
b) Payment Method:
- 100% payment must be made via UPI / NEFT / RTGS to the official PURE NIRVANA company account only.
Delivery of Products/Goods
a) Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery within a 10 km radius.
- Beyond 10 km:
- Delivery charges to be borne by the Distributor/Client, or
- They may arrange their own commercial vehicle, or
- Use third-party services like PORTER.
b) Parking, Unloading, Toll, and Fines:
- All parking fees, unloading charges, toll tax, and any government-imposed fines during delivery will be borne by the Distributor/Client.
Taxes
GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra, as per the prevailing Government of India regulations.
Delivery Timeline
a) Standard Products:
- Delivery within 2–3 working days from receipt of partial or full payment.
b) Customized Branding:
- First order: Delivery within 7–10 working days.
- Subsequent orders: Delivery within 4–5 working days.
Refund Policy for Customized Bottles
a) Customization Opt-Out:
- If the Distributor/Client decides not to proceed with customization, any advance payment will be 100% refunded within 7 working days, provided the bottles are not already manufactured.
- If bottles are already manufactured, the Distributor/Client is obligated to take delivery of the remaining stock.
b) Printed Stickers:
- If stickers have already been printed, the remaining unused stickers will be returned to the client within 7 working days.
Distributor Security Deposit
PURE NIRVANA will provide:
- Distributor ID and Certificate
- Design Templates
- Social Media Marketing Support
- Tele-calling support for order generation and promotion
- A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required.
This amount will be refunded upon the sale or purchase of a minimum of 1,000 bottles.
Modification of Terms & Conditions
PURE NIRVANA management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any of the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
